How we started...
Ninang's Pansit Malabon started in 1988 by a couple who wanted to provide for their family. Their GOD-PARENT (NINANG and NINONG) who is from Malabon thaught them how to make pansit malabon.
Wanting to incorporate GOD in the business, they came up with the name NINANG ('S), a tagalog word meaning GOD-MOTHER.
